05 · HOW IT WORKS
One company, from first call to the end
You do not need three different companies for printing, building and equipment. We need your dates, the floor plan and your logo and brand files.
STEP 1
Your request
A 15-minute call: which exhibition, how much space, what you need, your budget. The same day we tell you what is possible.
STEP 2
Design and price
A booth drawing showing where the LED screens go, and a price for your dates.
STEP 3
Contract and preparation
We agree what is included and the price. Usual preparation time is 7–10 days after you approve the price.
STEP 4
Content for the screens
Send your logo, slides and videos. We will adapt them to fit the screens.
STEP 5
Delivery and building
We deliver, build, connect and test everything before the exhibition opens. Building is our responsibility.
STEP 6
The show and removal
We solve any technical problems during the show, and remove the booth after it closes.

06 · QUESTIONS
Questions people ask us
“LED must be expensive”
{{ faqPriceLine }} Section 01 above compares this with a normal printed booth of 18 m². Build your booth in the calculator and compare it with the price you already have. Minimum order 50 000 ₽.
“How much electricity does it need?”
It depends on the number of panels. About 300 W for each 500×500 mm panel. Here is an example for a booth with 20 m² of screen.
About 29 kW in total. We arrange the power connection with the venue. This is included in the price.
“How bright are the screens?”
Indoor {{ brightnessIndoor }}. This is bright enough for normal exhibition lighting. The picture stays clear under spotlights. Outdoors: {{ brightnessOutdoor }}.
“Are the screens noisy? We have meetings at our booth”
No. The panels have no fans. You will not hear them.
“What if a panel stops working during the show?”

“Do the screens work outdoors, in rain and cold?”
Yes. Our outdoor panels work in any weather.
“We do not know how to make content for LED screens”
Send content in any format. We will adapt it to the size of your screens, or make new content for you in our own studio. What you already have is enough: a logo, slides, video, product photos.
“Our venue will not allow this”
We handle all approvals with the venue and prepare the documents. We include the venue requirements for structure, electricity and weight in the design.
“We already have a booth builder. We only need screens.”
Then we rent you equipment only. LED screens of any size, TVs, touch screens, audio, lighting, printers. Minimum order 50 000 ₽. Content production is not included on kit-only orders.
“We need a complete booth, not just screens”
That is our main service: structure, LED screens, floor, reception desk, furniture, electricity, delivery, building and removal in one price and one contract. We can build any booth, with or without screens.
“How do we pay?”
Full payment before the show. You receive a contract with everything included: what we provide, the dates and who is responsible for what. No deposit is needed. Insurance is available on request.
“What if we cancel?”
After you pay and we book the equipment, the money is not returned. We reserve the equipment for your dates and cannot rent it to anyone else, so please confirm your dates first.
“Do you work in our city?”
We work in all of Russia and in other countries. Outside Moscow we calculate the price for your city and venue. Please tell us the city in your request.
“Can you be ready for our exhibition?”
Usual preparation time is 7–10 days after you approve the price, because the equipment is ours and already in our warehouse. The building date is written in the contract. The busiest months are {{ seasonPeak }}. Equipment for these dates is booked early, so the sooner you confirm, the more options you have. If your dates are soon, tell us and we will say honestly if we can do it.
“Can we use the booth again?”
Yes. You rent the screens for each show, but the booth design and your content stay with you and can be used again with nothing to reprint.
“Our budget is fixed. Is it enough?”
We can adjust the screen size, pitch and extras to match your budget. Tell us your budget and we will suggest an option that fits. We do not accept orders under 50 000 ₽ , because we cannot do them well.
