This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian version is the legally binding one: it is the text published under Russian law and the text your consent refers to. If the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. General

1.1. This Policy explains how cookies, similar technologies, technical logs and third-party resources are used on the website https://ledxpo.com.

1.2. The operator of the Website is LLC "LED EXPO Group" (ООО «ЛЕД ЭКСПО Групп»), OGRN 5157746270600, INN 7722351473, KPP 772201001. Questions may be sent to info@ledexpogroup.ru.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small records that a website or a connected service may store on a visitor's device and read later. Browser local storage, session identifiers and other technical means can serve a similar purpose.

3. Current use

3.1. The Website may use the Yandex Metrica counter (number 111871470). Metrica is a service of LLC "YANDEX" whose servers are located in the Russian Federation; no cross-border data transfer takes place when it is used.

3.1.0. The counter loads when a page of the Website opens. A visitor may refuse analytics using the "Decline" button in the cookie banner: after refusal the page reloads, the counter does not start either then or on subsequent visits, and the cookies it had previously set are deleted.

3.1.1. Metrica collects depersonalised information about the visit: the address of the page being viewed, the referral source and advertising tags, IP address, information about the browser, device and screen resolution, time spent on pages, link clicks and scroll depth.

3.1.2. Click maps and Webvisor are enabled — a recording of the visitor's actions on the page: pointer movement, scrolling, clicks. The contents of the enquiry form fields are EXCLUDED from the recording: the fields are marked with an attribute that prohibits recording them, so the name, phone number, email address and enquiry text do not reach Metrica.

3.1.3. Metrica sets its own cookies, including _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and _ym_visorc. Their retention period is determined by the service.

3.1.4. You can opt out of Metrica tracking using your browser settings or Yandex's official blocker. Opting out does not affect how the Website works.

3.2. The internal LX_ANALYTICS object records technical interface events, for example the start of form filling, a transfer from the calculator and the result of a submission. The queue is held in the memory of the open page, does not write an identifier to cookies or local storage and, according to the verified client configuration, does not send the queue to any external analytics service.

3.3. The Website server may keep technical request logs. Such logs are not cookies, but may contain the IP address, date and time, page address, browser type and error information. They are used for security and diagnostics.

3.4. The hosting provider or security tools may set strictly necessary technical cookies. These are used only for the operation and security of the Website and are not intended for advertising or building a behavioural profile.

4. Third-party resources

4.1. No third-party content delivery networks are used. The React and ReactDOM libraries and all fonts are hosted on the Operator's server and are loaded only from the Website's own domain. The visitor's browser makes no requests to unpkg.com, fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com. The only external resource is the Yandex Metrica counter described in section 3.

4.2. As a result, foreign providers do not receive the visitor's IP address, information about their browser and device, the date and time of the request or the address of the page being viewed.

4.3. If any external resource is added in future, this section must be updated before it goes live.

5. Necessary and optional technologies

5.1. Strictly necessary technologies make the page load, keep it secure, allow the form to be submitted and store the privacy choice. Disabling them may break the Website.

5.2. Analytics is optional. It starts when the Website opens; at the same time a banner appears stating this and offering two buttons: "OK" and "Decline". Pressing "OK" confirms that you have read the notice and changes nothing in how the Website works. Pressing "Decline" stops analytics: the counter no longer starts and its cookies are deleted. The banner text is short and links to this Policy: the full list of technologies used, their purposes and retention periods are given in sections 3 and 4 above.

5.2.1. The choice is stored in browser local storage and remains until the storage is cleared. You can change your decision at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the Website footer.

5.2.2. On refusal the Operator deletes the previously set Metrica cookies (_ym_*) and reloads the page, after which the counter does not start.

5.2.3. Regardless of the choice, the contents of the enquiry form are excluded from Webvisor recording: the fields are marked with an attribute that prohibits recording them.

5.2.4. Refusing analytics does not affect your ability to use the Website or send an enquiry.

5.3. The mandatory checkbox in the enquiry form is not consent to optional cookies and does not replace a separate cookie settings panel.

6. Managing cookies

6.1. A visitor may delete or block cookies in their browser settings. This may affect certain functions of the Website.

6.2. If optional categories appear on the Website, the visitor must be given the ability to:

7. Retention periods

Session records are deleted when the browser is closed. The lifetime of persistent cookies is stated in the settings panel and must not exceed the period necessary for the relevant purpose. Technical server logs are generally kept for no longer than one year, unless longer retention is required to investigate an incident or to comply with the law.

8. Changes

This Policy is updated whenever analytics, advertising tools, external media services or other technologies that store data on a visitor's device are connected.
