1. Who receives the consent
1.1. The operator is LLC "LED EXPO Group" (ООО «ЛЕД ЭКСПО Групп»), OGRN 5157746270600, INN 7722351473, registered at: 50 Aviamotornaya St., bldg. 2, floor 2, unit XI, room 21, Moscow 111024, Russia. Contact address: info@ledexpogroup.ru.
1.2. By ticking the box in the form on https://ledxpo.com you give your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.
2. What data is covered
2.1. Name; company name; phone number and email address; the name of the exhibition, city and dates; booth size and budget; the calculator configuration; the contents of any file you attach; any other information you choose to include in the enquiry; the page address, date and time of submission, IP address and browser information.
2.2. Do not include in the form or in attached files any passport data, health information, political or religious views, biometric data, bank card details or other special categories of data. The Operator does not request them and does not need them.
3. Why the data is processed
3.1. To prepare a design and a quote in response to your enquiry, to contact you about it, to agree the details of the venue and dates, and to conclude and perform a contract if one follows.
3.2. To keep proof that consent was given, and to comply with the Operator's obligations under Russian law.
4. What may be done with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the persons named in clause 5, blocking, deletion and destruction, using both automated and non-automated means.
5. Who else may receive the data
5.1. Employees of the Operator who are involved in preparing the quote and performing the contract.
5.2. Providers acting on the Operator's instructions under a data processing agreement: Russian hosting, a Russian CRM system, corporate email and technical support. Each of them acts only on the Operator's instructions and only to the extent needed for the purposes in section 3.
5.3. Enquiry data is stored in the Russian Federation. This consent by itself does not permit the Operator to breach the rules on cross-border transfer: sending the contents of an enquiry or an attached file to a foreign service is permitted only after the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ have been met.
6. How long it lasts and how to withdraw it
6.1. Consent is valid for one year from the date it is given, or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
6.2. You may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to info@ledexpogroup.ru. On withdrawal the Operator stops processing and deletes the data, except where the law requires it to be kept.
6.3. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
