1. What this consent covers
1.1. This is a separate, optional consent. It is given by ticking a separate box and is not required in order to send an enquiry or to receive a quote.
1.2. By ticking that box you agree to receive from LLC "LED EXPO Group" (OGRN 5157746270600, INN 7722351473) information messages about services, offers, prices, exhibitions and other materials, at the contact details you have provided.
2. How messages may be sent
2.1. By phone call, SMS, email and messaging apps, using the phone number and email address given in the form.
2.2. Automatic dialling and automated mailing may be used.
3. What data is used
Name, phone number, email address, company name, and the record of when and in which version of this consent it was given.
4. Independence from the main consent
4.1. Refusing this consent does not affect the processing of an enquiry, the preparation of a quote, or the conclusion and performance of a contract.
4.2. The mandatory consent to personal data processing does not include marketing messages. Marketing requires this separate consent.
5. How long it lasts and how to withdraw it
5.1. Consent is valid for one year from the date it is given, or until it is withdrawn, whichever comes first.
5.2. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@ledexpogroup.ru, or by replying to any message with a request to stop. After withdrawal the Operator stops sending marketing messages and removes the contact from its marketing list.
5.3. Withdrawal does not affect messages already sent, and does not cancel the consent to personal data processing needed to work on your enquiry.
